ONE - I must want to be in the conversation with you. In other words, I must believe and be inspired by the service or product you are offering so that I can get behind it with full integrity and creative vision.

TWO - Communication is key. I have many clients come to me because a previous designer wasn't communicating with them. Weeks would go by without any status updates on a project. The designer would be unavailable by phone, and not responding to email. This lack of communication can be really disruptive to the creative process, so for me, communication is a must and a priority.

THREE - The Design is created for YOU, not for your service or product. This means I want to get to know who you are, and why you do the business you do. If your clients can feel YOU through the website, they are more likely to come into relationship with you.

TIMELY SERVICE:

I use a 10 x 30 day model. Meaning in the first ten days of recieving your downpayment and design wishes, I will produce a layout and visual template of how your site will look, and submit it to you for approval. Once, I recieve approval from you, I will take the next ten days to create the actual interactive website. Again, you will be able to submit revisions and requests, and I will take a final ten days to complete the site and have it online and live.
